Our commitment
Alpha Digitex LLC is committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as a delivery requirement, not an afterthought, on this site and on the work we produce for clients.
Measures we take
The site uses semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading order, provides text alternatives for meaningful images, maintains colour contrast ratios that meet AA thresholds, and supports full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
Interactive components are built on accessible primitives with correct roles, labels and states, and dynamic updates are announced to screen readers where appropriate.
Compatibility
The site is tested against current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, with NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers, and at zoom levels up to 200%.
Known limitations
Some third-party embedded content, such as mapping widgets, is outside our direct control and may not fully meet AA criteria. Where that happens we provide the same information in an accessible text format on the same page.
Feedback and reporting a barrier
If you encounter a barrier, please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you were using. We acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and aim to resolve confirmed issues within 15 business days.

If any content on this site is inaccessible to you, contact us and we will supply the same information in an alternative format — plain-text document, large print or a phone conversation — at no cost.
